(b) The purchaser of the lot will not be allowed to utilize the area coloured green for the purpose of storage or for the erection of any temporary buildings without the consent of the Director of Public Works first having been obtained.

(c) The facades of any buildings erected fronting the road on the

Western boundary of the lot to be subject to the recial approval of the Director of Public Works.

(a) The sale of this lot will be subject to the requirements of the

Foreshore and Sea Bed Ordinance being complied with and to it

then being declared exredient by the Governor in Council to grant the lease of this area.

(e) Any rights ar regards marine frontage shall extend only to that

boundary of the lot marked D & E on plan and measuring about 420 feet.

(f) The purchaser shall have the option of paying the premium referred

to in general condition No. 1 by five annual instalments of $32,670.00, plus intorest at the rate of 6% per annum. The first instalment to be raid into the colonial Treasury within 7 days of the date on which poscorsion shall be given.

(g) The lot to be used only for the purposes of a Gas Works and the

erection of such officer & quarters az may be considered neconnazy for the accommodation of the staff.

(1) The buildings on or to be erected upon the lot shall be used,

kept and maintained for the purposes for which the same are used or are to be erected ne provided by Condition (g) and shall not, without the provicus licence of the Governor in Council be used for any other purposes whatsoever.

(2) In care it is at any time shown to the satisfaction of the

Governor in Council that the buildings upon the said lot have ceased to be used for the rusposes for which the same wero erected as provided by condition (g) it shall be lawful for the Coveror to re-enter upon the lot in like manner as for any other breach of the terme of the Crown Longe,

(3) The Company shall not rell, assign, mortgage, charge, demiso,

underlet, part with the possession or otherwise dispose of o encumber the lɔt or any part thereof or any building thereon without the consent of the Governoz in Council first had and obtained.
